The report provides detailed analysis of the cities and jurisdictions that submitted the data and will provide helpful information to the jurisdictions and community partners. WABO 2025 Fall Business Meeting
Registration for the 2025 WABO Fall Quarterly Business Meeting is now available. The meeting is scheduled for November 6-7, 2025, at beautiful Campbell's Resort, in Chelan, WA. Don't wait to reserve your room as they go fast and the room block ends October 5, 2025, with a special rate of $110 for a Traditional and $130 for a Deluxe. Please call Campbell's Resort at (509) 682-2561 to reserve your room and use WABO Reservation # 770558 to secure the special rate. If this is your first meeting, sign up for a WABO scholarship which covers your registration and a two-night hotel accommodations.

2025 Fall Registration - CLOSING SOON!!
Registration is closing soon for the 2025 - 2026 WABO Code Official Accreditation Program (COAP) academic year. This program is designed to provide in-depth training tailored to prepare individuals for positions within building departments. This four-year, Washington State licensed, completely online program awards a certificate upon satisfactory completion of each year (three quarters per year). By completing International Code Council certifications, individuals have the opportunity of gaining Accreditation through Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO).
Fall classes begin September 08, 2025. Don't delay, registration will not re-open again until Fall 2026.

WABO Summer Business Meeting
Members from around the state took time from their busy schedule to learn, share, and connect at the Rosehill Community Center for the 2025 Summer Business Meeting. First Timers who attended were able to network with their colleagues from around Washington.

WABO Plumbing Design & Installation
The WABO Accreditation Program is offering a completely online self-paced course based on the 2021 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) as well as portions of the 2021 Model Codes. Each self-guided module consists of explanations, examples, and knowledge checks. Upon successful completion of this course participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and 0.8 Continuing Education Units (CEU's).
Factory Assembled Structures (FAS) Program
