*Attention: All Structural Welding (SW) applications must submit written documentation of how certification was obtained. If using ICC Certification, must be obtained by S2 written exam or AWS exam taken on the D1.1 Standard. If using AWS/CWI Certification, must be obtained by AWS exam taken on the D1.1 Standard.
